Biography
Born in Vienna. Member of the Vienna Boys' Choir. Initial studies in bassoon at the Vienna Academy of Music, followed by vocal studies with Prof. Elfriede Obrowsky. Further training at the Conservatory of Vienna. Performances in productions at the Klosterneuburger Festspiele, the Neue Oper Wien, at the Wiener Festwochen (»Alcina«, in co-production with the Zurich Opera House) and at the Wiener Konzerthaus. Acting engagements at the Stockerau Summer Festival and at the Vienna Theater der Jugend.
Ensemble member of the Musikalische Komödie since 2000 with roles such as Boni in »Die Csárdásfürstin«, Algernon Moncrieff in »Mein Freund Bunbury«, Dr. Blind in »Die Fledermaus«, Freddy in »My Fair Lady«, Leopold in »Im weißen Rössl«, Bill Snipson in »Me and My Girl«, Max Garber in »Lend Me a Tenor« or Roger De Bris in »The Producers«.
