Inspired by the timeless story of love, loss and the limits of humanity, visitors embark on a unique journey through the unknown spaces of the Leipzig Opera, each of which represents a different facet of the underworld. The intimate yet mystical atmosphere of the cellar rooms allows the audience to become participants in the action. Through the interplay of the spaces, the underworld can be experienced at first hand.
