Biography
Born in Iceland. Member of the Graduale Nobili Choir and Hamrahlíð Choir, with the latter on tour in New York with Björk. Dance training at the Icelandic Dance Academy. Studied singing at the Vocal Academy in Reykjavík and in 2020 at the University of Music and Theatre »Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy« in Leipzig, where she sang roles such as Rosalinde in »Die Fledermaus«, 2nd Boy in »Die Zauberflöte« and Hodel in »Anatevka«. She is also active as a concert and lieder singer, including Bach's »Christmas Oratorio«, Vivaldi's »Gloria«, Britten's »Ceremony of Carols« and »Broadway Night« with the Saxon Wind Philharmonic Orchestra.
