Biography
Born in Halle/Saale. Vocal studies at the University of Music and Theatre in Leipzig. Prize winner in the operetta competition. Numerous specialised roles in operetta and musicals, including Eurydice in »Orpheus in the Underworld«, Christel in »Vogelhändler«, Anita in »West Side Story«, title roles in »La belle Hélène«, »Csárdásfürstin«, »Hello, Dolly!« and »The Flower of Hawaii«, Iduna in »Feuerwerk«. 2006/07 Primadonna in »Riemannoper« at the Kellertheater, 2009/10 Voce di donna in »In the bright sunshine heavy with love« at the Opernhaus. Guest engagements in Berlin and Cottbus, radio and television recordings, original programmes.
Ensemble member of the Musikalische Komödie since 1983.
