How unfair is it that books always decide which stories they contain? And how mean is it that we then have to go to the trouble of reading them? Wouldn't it be cool if someone always read them aloud? And we could decide for ourselves which stories we want to hear?

That's how it is at a poetry slam! There are stories that have been written especially for you – and recited especially for you. And YOU get to decide which stories are the best! If you enjoy funny words and stories, then come to the Musikalische Komödie with your class! Four of Germany's best poetry slammers will compete against each other – and you decide who wins. Oh, and teachers are also welcome to come – but only if they don't annoy anyone.
