Musikalische Komödie

AMY is a musical performer, singer and actress. She studied acting and singing at the Academy of Performing Arts. She is one of the first trans* musical performers in the German-speaking world. After completing her studies, AMY first went to the Birsteiner Festspiele, where she took on the title role in the world premiere of the musical »Der wilde Grimm«, for which Jochen Flach (trailer music for »Hunger Games Mockingjay«, »No Time To Die«, »Star Wars Rouge One«) composed the music especially for her voice. AMY was engaged as a musical actress at the Eduard-von-Winterstein-Theater from 2017 to 2022, where she became nationally known as the youngest performer of the Conférencier in the musical »Cabaret«. She also appeared in this role at the Landestheater Eisenach. She also slipped into the role of Grimm in the musical »GRIMM!« at the Winterstein-Theater. AMY also appeared at the Winterstein-Theater and Theater Paderborn as Frank'N'Furter in Richard O'Brien's cult musical »The Rocky Horror Show« and successfully played Gomez Addams in »The Addams Family« at the Greifenstein Festival in the summers of 2021/22, a role she returned to in 2024 at the Theater Paderborn and the Landesbühne Nord in Wilhelmshaven. Since May 2022, AMY has been playing the cult character of Hedwig in the musical »Hedwig and the Angry Inch« in the tour of Moving Stage Shows e. V., in the new translation by Roman Hinze and Johannes von Matuschka, which can thus be heard in Germany for the first time.

Since October 2023, AMY has been on stage as Leo Bloom in the Broadway hit »The Producers« at the Musikalische Komödie. In 2024, she will make her debut at the Luisenburg Festspiele Wunsiedel in the musical hit »Jesus Christ Superstar« as Herod and return to the Musikalische Komödie, where she will be the first trans* woman to play the role of Helena in the chamber musical »Ein wenig Farbe«.
