Lasarah Sattler

Biography

Having trained as a musical theatre performer at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, Lasarah Sattler has been working successfully as a soloist on various musical theatre and stage productions since graduating in 2017. Particularly noteworthy is her role as Édith Piaf in the play »Spatz und Engel« at the Grenzlandtheater in Aachen. However, other roles have also enriched her wealth of experience on stage. Amongst other roles, she played Alice in the musical »Alice in Wonderland« and the role of Wednesday in »The Addams Family« at the Osnabrück Theatre, as well as, as recently as 2024, at the Kammertheater in Karlsruhe. Another of her most significant roles is Éponine, which she played in 2018 in the production of »Les Misérables« at the Tecklenburg Open-Air Theatre, a major musical theatre venue, where she was also cast as Dorothy in »The Wizard of Oz« in 2022. Other roles include Columbia in »The Rocky Horror Show«, also at the Grenzlandtheater Aachen, the role of Oona O’Neill in »Charlie Chaplin«, and Klärchen in the Singspiel »Im weißen Rössl«. Alongside her work as a musical theatre performer, Lasarah Sattler works as a freelance musician, writes her own songs and has a repertoire of short chanson programmes.

At the Musikalische Komödie, Lasarah Sattler has previously appeared as a guest during the »Venusnächte« with her evening dedicated to Édith Piaf; in 2026, her programme »KÄSTNER.vertont« will be staged together with the pianist Lennart Jahn.
