Biography

Born in Warsaw, Mexican citizen, grew up in Germany. Vocal and piano training in Ulm. First roles at a young age. Guest appearances at the Theater Ulm in »West Side Story«. First permanent engagement at the Theater Ulm at the age of 20, collaborating with Philippe Jordan, among others. 1998 guest at the Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz in Munich, becoming a permanent member of the ensemble there until 2007. Collaboration with Marcel Prawy, Claus Guth and Constantinos Carydis. 2001 IBS Sponsorship Award of the Bayerische Staatsoper Public's Interest Group. Master classes with Franzisco Araiza. 2006 participation in Plácido Domingo's Operalia competition in Valencia. 2005 »Misa Criolla« at the Prinzregententheater in Munich, followed by concerts throughout Germany. Guest appearances at the Bayerische Staatsoper Munich under Zubin Mehta, Peter Schneider and Sir Colin Davis, at the Gewandhaus in Leipzig under Fabio Luisi, at the Teatro Principal in Mallorca, at the Dortmund Opera House, at the Kultur- und Kongresszentrum Luzern (KKL), at the Salzburg Festspielhaus and in 2016 at the Bregenz Festspielhaus. 2016 Performance at Dirk Nowitzki's »Champions for Charity« in honour of Michael Schumacher with TV broadcast. 2017 Concerts at the Tonhalle Zurich, the KKL Lucerne and productions of »Carmen«, »Lucia di Lammermoor«, »The Barber of Seville« and »My Fair Lady«, among others.

Ensemble member of the Musikalische Komödie since the 2017/18 season.
