Lights out, spotlight on – ClubFusion is back for another round in 2027!
In 2027, the clubs of Schauspiel Leipzig, TDJW, Gewandhaus zu Leipzig and Oper Leipzig will once again pool their creativity and jointly kick off the Leipzig Theatre Summer. Look forward to a diverse range of productions, cross-generational encounters and a festival brimming with theatre, music and cultural exchange.
ClubFusion brings people of all ages together – from children to senior citizens. This cross-generational exchange is also at the heart of the festival: tandem formats foster encounters and artistic dialogue between the clubs.
ClubFusion is a new festival format that places people’s voices and themes at the centre. Under professional guidance, participants create their own productions – characterised by diverse methods and individual artistic styles. This diversity is reflected in the lively and personal festival contributions.
ClubFusion sees itself as a platform for cultural participation, a catalyst for free self-expression in the artistic sphere, and a meeting place for people from a wide variety of backgrounds and age groups. The aim is to enrich Leipzig’s theatre scene in the long term and to create new ways of engaging with art and culture.
