Daniela Fally

Biografie

Was born in Lower Austria. She completed her studies in voice at the Viennese Musikuniversität, after having completed a degree in theater studies, pursuing musical education, and undertaking private acting training. She is a member of the ensemble at the Wiener Staatsoper where her roles include Sophie (in »Rosenkavalier« and »Werther«), Olympia, Rosina, Fiakermilli, Adele, Zerbinetta, the Italian singer (»Capriccio«), and Oscar. Prior to that, she was a member of the ensemble at the Wiener Volksoper for many years. She has appeared as a guest at the Salzburger Festspiele, the Opernfestspiele München (Zerbinetta), at the Bayerische Staatsoper (Adele, Zerbinetta), the Hamburgische Staatsoper (Fiakermilli, Marie in »La fille du régiment«, Zerbinetta), the Semperoper Dresden (Blonde, Sophie im »Rosenkavalier«, Fiakermilli), in Zurich (Adele), Düsseldorf (Adele), Paris (Zerbinetta), Liège (Zerbinetta), Strasbourg (Blonde, Sophie im »Rosenkavalier«), Cologne (Zerbinetta), at the Bregenzer Festspiele (Queen of the Nacht), at the Lyric Opera in Chicago (Adele), in Tokio (Sophie im »Rosenkavalier«), at La Scala in Milan (Adele), and with the Cleveland Orchestra (Zerbinetta). She made her debut at the Oper Leipzig in the 2015/16 season as the Fiakermilli in »Arabella« and returns in the 2021/22 season as the Stimme des Waldvogels in »Siegfried«.
